And the cheaper the instant ramen the higher that sodium level goes!
The two I alternate for work lunches are a bit better most, but without a good diet to offset them I would expect health problems.

This little package claims to be THREE servings...I know people that eat two or three packages at a time.
So this package has 48% of daily recommended saturated fat and 84% of daily recommended sodium (almost 2000mg of sodium in one pack)
So don't eat instant noodles for the health benefits, please...
