Definitely.. This was around five years ago whilst I was living in Japan and was on national TV.. It may very well be pasted to a vid site, but no idea of the name of the programme..
It could have possibly been on channel 4 at that time if that channel is still around?
I originally found it bizzare as the subject came up the other day through a conversation relating to a japanese girl who had experienced some bad things from her Father as a child and then we started to talk about this programme..
I do not think the idea of the programme was to relate to a simple Father and daughter relationship, and portrayed extras...
Just goes to show that all cultures very much think on opposite ends..
Some countries even donate girls as young as six as wives to the men..
