Social security disability in Japan -

My parents are planning on putting me on social security disability. I was wondering what would happen if I moved to Japan and, if they have this sort of thing in Japan? And if they do, how does it work for a foreigner moving to Japan that is already on social security disability?
And what's the difference in benefits for people who're on social security disability in the US then in Japan?
