I am not saying there should be big consequences for what they did, (I don't think I said there should be any consequences) all I am saying is what they did wasn't right.

Maybe it is just "kids having fun at a drive-thru" but drive-thrus aren't places to have fun and play jokes, they are places to order food.

You can say the worker and her manager overreacted, but they aren't the ones who initiated the joke, the kids are.

Just because it isn't a big deal doesn't make it right.
