If people need to be punished for inconveniencing others, then I'm sure everyone will be punished at some point in their life... They spoke in rap! The worst "punishment" I'd give for that is simply, "Get out of my shop"

It's a McDonalds... what could have they made that's impossible to sell on? Difficult customers are a part of retail. You deal with it, or don't bother working in retail, because you can't avoid them.
