Okay, lets nip this in the bud right now. 1: I don't think they had time to pay for their order since they got hauled off to jail. 2: They rapped thier order. That's why they got cited and couldn't pay for their order. 3: Yes, people need to get a break, but I didn't mean that they should to lose all of their street manners and act like buttholes anywhere they went.
