No. Chan is always written in kana (ちゃん).

From what I can guess, its read くん as its been used as a name suffix.

When の is at the end of a sentence, it can make it into a informal question.
クリスマスライブの?
Is it Christmas Eve?
わかっているの?
(Do you) understand?
