I agree. there's no reason to slander him, over what amounts to nothing.

Even the "sex scene", live.... nothing much happened. They both were fully clothed, and in the fancam thing I saw.... there was really nothing that even seemed like sex, albeit with clothes.

What do you mean, goes free, though? There's no mention of him going to jail or anything, that I could see.
