There is generally no forced hospitalization in Japan unless there is a crime involved. It is almost always the choice of the individual or their family.

what about a place to live and food ect. if he aint able to handle a job?

The question here becomes "How would you be allowed to live in Japan if you were unable to work?" - You would need a visa to live in Japan. If you are unable to work, there is pretty much no chance of getting one.

would it be posible to get some sort of pre-pension like in denmark?

It isn`t possible - but even if it were, you would not be eligible. In order to receive benefits from the Japanese government, you would need to be a Japanese resident... And without that visa, you cannot be one.

whatever they have, would a citizen of japan only be able to get it, or would someone like me also be able to get it with a plausel visa? (or what its called)

As a visitor, you would not be applicable for any type of benefit.
