The attention is majorly male. YES, they get female attention aswell, but the majority of the attention comes from male.
You can make a fashion statement without looking like a slut. If they choose to make a fashion statement in that sort of way, then I'm sure they can live with the consequences of their idiocy.

We know it's a cultural thing. That's obvious.
But just because it's a culture, it doesn't make it right in the person's eyes. So, just because it's a cultural thing, I'm not going to sit back, and not say anything.
