It's named 辛丹波 (からたんば) .

市丹波 makes no sense.

The first character 辛 means "sec", which is the opposite of "mild" or "sweet".

This sake can be drunk both ways. I would take a sip of it cold first, then decide whether it's good enough to serve cold.
