First, I'd make all countries "free" countries. Then I'd have more time spent on putting global warming to and end. Then, I'd have a tax increase for people who make more than 275,000 USD per year, and have a tax decrease on the poor. I'd also have a portion of tax money go to charities of good causes. After that, I'd change criminal charges to make murder a minimum sentence of life in prison, 45 years for any kind of rape, 60 years for any kind of child rape, death for mass murder, and a massive fine for abusing people of other races (abusing meaning treating blacks and Asians ect. like the Americans did during slavery and the Guilded age). I'd abolish nuclear & biological weapons from ALL arsenals, and end production of chemical weapons. Then I'd put ALL religions out of mass power. Police & Military workers who abuse their powers will be fired and banned from getting a government job. More money will be put into education, the usage of chemicals and other harmful products (i.e. NutraSweet and fillers) in food and consumables will be massively controlled, soldiers will have to be better trained, and public colleges will be established for those who cant afford regular colleges (anyone can go to a public college). After all that is done, I'd reduce my power and let the world run the way I made it to.
