There was a dish that I ate that didnt really seem Japanese, but was really tasty. It was pasta with cheese melted into it with a sunny side up egg sitting on top. I got it at a basement type restaurant near the Hilton in Shinjuku. Also, shrimp sandwiches from MickeyDees. About 20 percent of the seemingly hundreds of different sushi I tried was pretty good too.
Has anyone checked the coring room?
