I saw an ad for a book by an American navy veteran who suggested that it is almost inevitable that the economic crisis in Japan will cause Japan to once again become aggressive and begin to conquer neighboring territories. Naturally, he focused a lot on the navy.
Does anyone know the title of this book, or the author's name? It came out sometime in the nineties, I think, after the real estate bubble burst.
