Windows XP from about seven years ago, now.
Also, I searched the internet for the Japanese Language Pack, even though I knew I probably wouldn't be able to get anything, and found one for Microsoft Office or something.
Even though it won't let me type kana, it will let me view them, now.
Hooray, no more marveling at how I can only see "u" on a Japanese web page. (:
Sad part, if I want to type in kana/kanji, I would need to look them up on the internet and copypaste until I have a sentence.
