Bullshit, shounen is the most popular genre, not seinen. It mostly consists of 10-15 year olds but sometimes adults (yeah there are people who like it).

The most popular anime come from shounen, but they are poorly rated. Seinen gets the best rating.

You know nothing about anime and your point is still invalid. Everybody knows that the design of an anime is driven by the category it falls into.
