I'm sure it's because I transcript only few parts of entire sentences (and even important, a lot of these phrases have pictures, that's why many things can be obvious from seen the picture and that's why it appears like he omits things, but it's just because there's the picture there that talks for him... I think is really this the problem that you think he writes like have no school... x°°°D
So, sorry, it's my fault.... maybe is better to put all the sentences instead of only few parts...
I try to do the translations... but I need an help to know if I'm translation - at least almost right- because if not, I will never know if I'm correct or not.. when people correct me, I watch with care where I did mistake , so that next time I will not make the same mistake....

inside a beautiful tune
すごく印象的なフレーズがあって
there's very impressive (effective) phrases ?
心が衝撃を受ける時っているない？
when my heart (when) not receive a shock ?
一度好きになった歌ってさ
for once (a moment) I loved to singing
ずっと忘れられないよね～
totally unforgettable eh
詩が響く曲を書けるように
in order to write music that echoing/resound in the verses
