I finally asked a mutual friend who almost seemed to be trying to hook us up if she knew whether he really had a girlfriend. Talk about keeping a secret ... it's her! They have been together for a couple of years.
Though disappointed about my prospects being dashed, I am really happy that she is the obstacle. They are one of those couples that just seem to belong together, and now we are all three going to be even better friends with those issues cleared up. |
