You have two options, which have both probably been stated in one way or another in this thread already, but I like to talk sometimes.
You can either:
- Learn to stop loving them. Accept that they do not love you and deal with it one day at a time. Eventually you will be free.
- Deal with it. Stick to them if they seem to want to be with you. Eventually they may turn around, you're probably going to cause yourself infinitely more heart ache this way.
