But basically they just made stereotypical classifications about Koreans/Chinese.
Same thing that some whites do to blacks, for example.
Quite possible could be this as well.
I take it as the Japanese having a sense of pride for their heritage and ethnicity, (with good reason) not necessarily "racism."
But that's just me.

Excusing Japanese hating Koreans as "Japanese pride" is like excusing Whites hating Blacks as "White pride". Racism is racism. Doesn't matter the root or the target.
