There's no much context... it's a little comment after there was a great concert:

昨日のライブについてはまた語ります*
Still I talks concerning yesterday's live ?

Regarding yesterday's concert... still:

*still I talks (about it)?
** still I will talks (later)? -concerning the concert of yesterday?-
*** still (people) talks about it?
