"f" (
Voiceless labiodental fricative - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) is much more like "h" (
Voiceless glottal fricative - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) than "p" (

"f" and "h" are both voiceless fricatives. "p" is voiceless, but neither a fricative, nor a labiodental consonant.
