Hi everyone. I googled, but still having trouble with this.

How exactly does one write out a Japanese address for something domestic? I'm lost as to how to write it out, as I need some things sent to me.

Here's the information that I have.

Postal Code (of course)
Apartment Building and Apartment Number
City and Prefecture
I guess the street address (it says Nishida 3-16-37)

So how should this be written out. Any example will do. I'm confused because of the apartment complex.
