It is uncommon but personally I dont find it weird. Alot of women who are still virgins and never been kissed are probably just saving themselves for someone who they can love freely.
No one should be ashamed to still be a never-been-kissed virgin.
Im 16 and I dont plan on losing my virginity till I know Im ready!
