That's "transliteration": Writing something with one writing system in another. For example, if you ask for the "translation" of 東京 you'd get "east capital," but the transliteration is "Toukyou" or "Tōkyō."

出上吉洸園—Ideuekikkouen
神高松寿園—Kandakashoujuen

㈱山白八松園—Yamashirohasshouen
松田清松園—Matsudaseishouen

尾路旭松園—not sure, but I think Orokyokushouen

Most of these you can google and get the pronunciation in about five seconds.
