well i dunno about abroad but here it seems kinda on/off if he stops to chat with fans after the shows... he didn't at the two that i went.
i know!! i was freaking out! i was second row with two tiny japanese girls that were like 4 feet tall in front of me... at the end of the show he went to like shake hands / touch hands with all the people in the front. i was so happy!
also he was like "oh, there are many foreigners in the room tonight!" and like, asked each of us to raise our hand and all asked us where we were from, at both shows (and i heard from some other girls he was doing it at other shows as well) so technically i talked to him i guess? lol.
most amazing two nights ever though. i love him! <3
