The word 刻む(きざむ) or the kanji 刻 means "to cut into pieces", "to notch", "to carve", "to engrave", etc.
刻まれた is in
the past tense passive voice form. "Something has been cut to pieces, carved, etc." It COULD mean other things, so you might want to give us some context if none of the meanings I've listed seem to make sense.
