You seem to have a good grasp on the anime form, but they all seem very flat. You may want to experiment more with shading.

Also, try to forshorten the torso when you're making a character face you from the side, like you have with the legs/skirt on the second two. It seems like her torso is facing us, rather than at an angle like the rest of her body is.

Keep it up. Try drawing something more than anime/manga. The style is so repetative that if you don't try anything outside of it, you'll never improve or learn.
