God, I hope not. The writing is unbelievably atrocious!
Also, it seems to say 中国?近你、我想?你. To me, it reads something like "China close __ you, I think about you."
Is the addressee named "Hai" or "High" or "Jai" (guessing based on OP being apparently Portuguese) or something? I read the first as some very, very poor Japanese: "In Japan I you like Jai that I saw saw."
YuriTokoro has the second picture 100% correct, as is to be expected of a native speaker.
