To dress VK on a daily basis would be a pretty difficult task, as it requires a lot of time! Of course, there are some easy ways to hint VK which would be suitable for a college environment, and won't take you 12 hours to get ready, haha.
Obviously, the hair is the most important thing. Short with choppy layers usually suggests VK. Colour is usually VKish too, maybe think about adding some shocking pink or blue.
You don't always have to dye your hair, you can get short clip in hair extensions that work just as well without ruining your hair.
