I figure, if the man you love is able to truly give his heart to someone worthy of sharing it to the world, then he has found his own happiness. The only thing I wanted for him was happiness and he's found it. And because of that I can finally move on.
In other cases, it just takes time. You don't necessarily have to forget about the person. I think it's better to recognize and be fine with the fact you love someone who you might not get together with in the end. Life moves on.
