I have heard that japanese do not like to show their feelings. SOmetimes that is a good thing, but also the other person cannot be a mind reader can they?

Sometimes if we tell someone that we love them, it can mean the end of a beautiful friendship. It is always difficult to know quite the right thing to do.

It also can be hard to hide true feelings. I suppose there are other ways of letting someone know how you feel.

I have a japanese friend but can not tell her how I really feel because I may lose her. Also she may soon have to leave England if her current visa is denied.

It is a tricky one really.
