Help! How to get to Jimbocho from Narita! -

I have a JR Pass but I'm really not sure how all this works.
I had in mind to take Narita Express to Shinjuku, then use the Shinjuku Subway Line to Jimbocho.
Is there a faster way? Do I have to change lines from Narita to Shinjuku?
Are there other trains I could take (considering I have the JR Pass) that would be more advantageous?
Thanks in advance!

I just found this :
1. Take the JR Narita Express and get off at Tokyo Station.
(60min)
2. Change to Tokyo Metro subway Marunouchi line get off at next station Otemachi,
then change to subway Hanzomon line.
3. Get off at Jimbocho station (2 stops from Tokyo station).
But then, do I have to buy 2 metro tickets? Or should I buy a 1-day Metro Pass for 600Yen? I am really concerned about my budget since I'm staying in Japan for 5 weeks.
Thanks again!

Jesus Christ!
I just realized that I don't want to activate my JR Pass as soon as I get to Narita.
1.Take Keisei Line(Express Train) From Narita Airport to Aoto station.
(50min)
2. Then change to local train(same platform) then go Oshiage
station.(12min.)
3.Get off at Keisei Oshiage station and walk to Subway Oshiage station.
(just follow the sign )
(3min)
4.Take Subway Hanzomon line from Subway Oshiage station to Jimbocho station.
(17min)
Ok now new question... This means I have to buy a train ticket from Narita to Aoto, then a train ticket from Aoto to Oshiage, then a subway ticket from Oshiage to Jimbocho, right?
Damn, there are as many train/subway lines in Japan as there are Shinto Gods.
