ok so i am going to japan the first week of July and am staying for a month. i am staying in Hammamatsu/ Kyoto and i hear it is CRAZY hot and humid in July... i do not do well with heat.. most places will have air conditioning im sure but any tips to survive the heat? and is it really as bad as every one says? i will be doing a fair bit of walking as well.. any tips on what to bring/do would be great ^^
