Soccer is not a path to socialism, it is merely a child's game played by grown-up (somewhat) children. Seriously folks, it is two teams of people kicking a ball around on the grass while other people who paid money for tickets sit on uncomfortable seats to watch.

Of course, soccer isn't any less irrelevant than any other sport where people kick, throw, or hit balls over nets and fences, or through hoops. Watching a dog chase a ball at a park is equally entertaining, and you don't have to buy a ticket.
