I was going to try and translate this, but there were one or two parts I couldn't put into English properly despite understanding them.
As such, I got bored and stopped... Basically I typed out the Japanese and was going to put translations with each part.

But as I said I got bored, so here is the Japanese with no translation.

Perhaps those who are learning to read more Kanji might find it useful, or it could be useful to those that want to try and translate for practice.

I say this in case someone looks up 織姫 and tries to translate as "Female textile worker"

織姫たちとの会話では、自身の名前や体型差に強烈な皮 肉を吐く。

Special Note
目つきの悪さを除けば金パツにツインテールと、意外と 美少女のひよ里。
過去に一度、見知らぬ者に声をかけられたことがある。
気が立っていたのか「っさいわ　ハゲ！」と無下に突っ ぱね平子たちが戦慄を覚えた。
