It's not that I'm un sympathetic, I understand loved ones are lost and innocent people killed. It's just that when a war starts, I think it's far more humane to end it as quickly as possible, often times that means being brutal and ruthless.

Trying to pussyfoot around causes the pain to be extended longer than needed, wich is a kind of torture in my view. Just get the job done, so the rebuilding and healing can start.
