書 （りゅうるいしょ）
Basically there are two main methods of signing calligraphy or sumie.
書 after a 雅号印 meaning you have wrote it, and 臨 as in 臨書 when you were writing it but copying from old manuscripts (古典)
The 書 I am referring to is on the left side not the ride side text in bold.
doubt its a 書二号 as:
1. it is not a document
2. explanatory notes are rarely made in 草書 (unless made to self)
3. 口 in 号 or any other kanji is not written that way in 草書. 日 on the other hand is.
4. First character is definitely not 書.
I would not be surprised that 二 is in fact 上. As I said 上's old form particularly in 甲骨文 but not exclusively was written as a pictograph of one object above another, thus meaning "above" and it looks like 二. It is possible that author (if the text on the left hand side is the title of this work) is mixing 草書 with variation of 甲骨文.
