and was given to us by the Adjutant to General "Pasckiewiez-c"? Polish General?
who must have had about 50 of them!
(it could have been a series)?!
The date written on the back is 1680, but I don't believe (am not sure)
if that person knew what he/she was talking about!!!???

Not at all, but I am still not 100% sure. In the sig there are two markings I can't identify. And I can also be wrong to the sig itself.
Name probably is Paskiewicz (I am Polish as well ;-p), although I don't know the chap.
Frank, could you please make a pic in higher resolution? Top left looks like 石, but it's really pale and small.
The paper is thin as it is calligraphy paper. And since it is old it must be really fragile.
