"X of Y" is a formal phrase you might hear in the news to say where someone or something is from, eg, "Mr Smith of Oxford". Mr Smith from Oxford. Normally you could just put "about" instead of 'of', as in "These questions are from jdn-san about my previous post," but because you already have 'about' in the sentence, I chose "concerning" as an alternative.
