I would do the same thing as Kira. I don't know about you guys, but hey, lets face it, if you had to kill someone, who would you kill? A criminal or a month old baby? They're the ones who most deserve to die, and I can't think a better use for a death note. I distinctively also remember someone making a thread about killing people using death note... cant recall who tho... 
Wait, i havent seen episode 25 yet... thanks for ruining it for me guys ~_~ But I knew kira would win
