Personally (and this may be biased) I love food from Nagoya. Favourites for me are:
Miso Katsu (absolute favourite)
Ebi Furai
Tebasaki (excelent with beer)
Nagoya is very famous for its miso which is a dark red, unlike what people drink in the Kansai / Kyushuu regions.
