Umm... I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but say I have long hair and I'm a guy. Is this acceptable? For example... what would be the limit for long hair? Ear length, Shoulder length, or even Back length?

Would you tie it up?

It would most likely hurt your chances right?

And... have you ever seen a guy with long hair being hired?
