Well my all time favorite is Yume Miru Kusuri, I don't know if maybe its because its the first one I ever played, or because of the story it has. I think it's he story line. Some that I found to be really good are G-senjou no mao, Kira Kira, Galaxy Angel, Katwa Shoujo (still waiting for full version), Yosuga no Sora, Hutsukoi, Family Project, Symphonic Rain ( Is Awesome!!), Kanon.
