Where were you on that day?

I was in school at the time of the attack. Then my class was suddenly let out early with no homework. When I got out of the school, my mom and sisters were there to meet me. There was a whole crowd of children and parents in front of the school, making me wonder just what was happening. On the way home, my mom picked up some snacks for us to eat at home.
When my mom turned on the tv, it all became clear to me. We had been attacked. I don't know how to feel about it since nobody from my family was killed or hurt in any way. But i do feel sorry for the people who lost their loved ones in the attack.
