I am wondering why this is being posted, but not the worse one (in terms of people effected) that happened in Niigata two days ago. It was a 5 with the epicenter in a populated area - meaning that it was a 5 for the people who felt it, and it was felt over a fairly wide area.

The one in the article happened well off the cost, so the worst felt was 4 or less - and felt pretty much only on a few small islands. Certainly not all over Japan.

It`s like they`ve combined the two for a more dramatic article.
