Considering that Japan's top university (Tokyo University) isn't among the world's top 25 universities, and that most of the other Japanese are far inferior in quality, I wouldn't begin to consider university study in Japan. You would be better off getting an education at a school where you might actually learn something. More than 3/4 of the world's top 20 universities are in America, so you should probably start there.

I see Kyoto and Tokyo Universities just barely in there. Even if it's just on the edge, that's pretty awesome.
