Yeah I remember going to parties in both Portugal and Italy. Don't know if I can call it a "tradition" but it's hella hella fun.
I'm going to a Halloween party tomorrow dressed as a satanic priest.
Too many people spend money they haven't earned, to buy things they don't want, to impress people they don't like.
