I imagine you have to be fluent in Japanese, at least to high school level as that is the minimum entry requirement.
If you were not educated in Japan or a Japanese native you may have to go to extra lengths to prove the above to be considered.

It says to email them for a brochure full details.

I imagine it will cost a lot, and I thought with most art based things it was skill, ambition and getting noticed that took people through to successful careers, not education?
