Dude, do you need the definition of 'objectively'? Because you can't take that word one way or the other, it's just one way. The other way is you're retarded.

And no, dictionary shows that your friends are wrong, because they are going away from the original definition (by consensus) this word had/has. The word was created for what the dictionary says for, you're just misusing it.
